Navigation data: aggregated technical information about site usage, used exclusively to measure performance and improve the experience.

Health and fitness assessment data, where it exists, is collected only within the professional coaching relationship, with consent, and receives reinforced protection as sensitive data under Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).

Personal data and client health information are not entered into third-party AI tools in identifiable form, and are not used to train external models.
